Which Mauritius company is right for your business?

• Global Business Company (GBC/GBL) – a GBC holds a Global Business Licence (GBL). It is managed and controlled from Mauritius and must meet the applicable substance and licensing requirements.
• Authorised Company (AC) – for eligible business conducted outside Mauritius, with central management and control outside Mauritius. Its requirements differ from those of a GBC.
• Mauritius domestic company – generally used for a business whose main operations are in Mauritius. The proposed activity determines whether additional permits or licences are needed.

How does company registration work?
